Suggestion with Tooltip script
1) Script Title: Tooltip Script

3) Describe problem: I like the the script but i have a problem because i donīt want the var disappeardelay option.
I need that when someone have the mouse over show the tooltip. if someone donīt have the mouse in imagen donīt show the tooltip. Do you undestand?

Your question is unclear.
If you do not want a disappeardelay on the tooltip, set it to 0.

In the icon "i". when the mouse is scrolled over a icon, show the tooltip. This tooltip show for 4000 miliseconds. I want to show the tooltip when the user scrolled over the icon. No time.
