Automatically entering an e-mail address

I am a Web design teacher working with a student who has developed a Web application that will allow a small business to send e-mails to customers. We can get the application to populate the bcc: field with up to 50 e-mail addresses at a time as this is the limit Outlook will allow but what he wants to be able to do is have a field for the user to enter the To: e-mail address and automatically populates this field. We could nard code this information but his goal is to be able to mass produce his application and sell it. Can anyone help us with this?
