You could use ANY text editor to open the file... such as Notepad, I prefer EditPlus which you can get here... http://www.editplus.com/ I think you can even use Wordpad... not too sure though... I've never even used wordpad. LOL Or if you wanted to use something a little fancier you could use something like Macormedia Dreamweaver.
