Single File for Objects in Chained Select Menu

I'm using the Chained Select Menu (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...menu/index.htm) on a number of forms on a website, it works well, the actual Chained Objects are located within individual javascript files.

As the forms are for a sporting competition they change each season as teams are promoted or relegated, to make it easier to maintain I would like to combine into one javascript file, is this possible?

What I would therefore like to achieve is as follows

Form 1 uses Levels 1 and 3
Form 2 uses Levels 1, 3, and 4
Form 3 uses levels 1, 3, 4 and 5
Form 4 uses Levels 2 and 5

I'm not quite clear on what you're trying to do- are you essentially asking how to have multiple sets of chained select menus on the same page?

Probably haven't explained that well

The config.js file contains all the levels for the Chained Menu; what I'm looking to do is create one config.js to which will be used on 5 Chained Menus on various pages.

The chained menu will have 6 levels; however for one page I only want to use 3 levels whilst on another 4 levels etc.

Would this work
