Custom Pinterest Hover button trouble with script

Hi - i am stumped. I have done tons of research on how to set up a custom hover pinterest button, and I found one that works for blogger, WP and type pad, but I cannot seem to get it to work on my static site.
Here is the URL:

I cannot for the life of me figure out why it isn't working on my site.
Any help would be so appreciated!

Have you tried it on its own page? The notes say that it works on Blogger and *may* work on Wordpress and other types templates, so it might not work everywhere. If it works one its own page, try to gradually build up your full page around it until you find the thing that breaks it.
