ultimate fade-in slideshow WITH text?? How?

I want the ultimate fade-in slideshow (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...nslideshow.htm) but I really need captions under each slide as well. The reason I want ultimate is I need the pausing effect on a mouse rollover and I need the fade effect. I'm not stuck to using ultimate but I need these effects.

Is there a solution to getting captions added?

Did you ever get this to work with text? I would absolutely love to use this slideshow -- just as long as I can figure out how to add text to it as well.

I too need the pause on mouse-over function along with text. Let me know if you figured it out. Thanks!
