1) Textual tooltip II (fade into view)

3) Describe problem: Works perfectly fine on DD, but on my website it doesn't function at all

I even view sourced the the page on DD to make sure I got the code correct the way it was working on DD page.

also although it won't show on my website I did take DD advice and removed other scripts
on my note pad PC to see if that would fix problem, still didn't work.
