Parallax Slider - Full Width

Hmm there's no easy way to do this with Parallax Slider unfortunately, as it was designed to only show one slide at a time. The closest thing I can think of on DD for what you're asking would be Step Carousel: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...epcarousel.htm

I was thinking about that since I love that script, but I wasn't sure about whether or not videos could be embedded in the step carousel and then if there would be issues with the drop down menu appearing behind the embedded YouTube videos. Do you know if videos can be embedded with it?

Are you talking about Step Carousel? In general I don't see why you can't embed videos inside it. As far as elements appearing beneath videos, usually that can be remedied with CSS's z-index, as Youtube are HTML 5 players last time I checked.
