Default Pixellated images in image swap

    1) Script Title: Image Swap and HTML5 audio effect

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex15/domroll2.htm

    3) Describe problem: When I mouseover the image, the swap happens but it often (not always) pixelates the swapped image. any solution to that?

Can you show us a page that demonstrates the problem?

Also, what browser does the problem show itself in?

okay it doesn't do it in chrome or ie, however, it flashes on each link push, moreso in ie than in chrome, but chrome also does it but doesn't flash at all in firefox. by flash i mean, the page blinks, the whole page.

Does your image contain an explicit width/height attribute inside the <img> tag?

oh it might be pertinent to add that the images are being shown in an iframe, but they are local, not external. not sure if that makes a difference or not

It shouldn't matter whether the images are inside an IFRAME. It could be that the width value is in percentage versus px value, or that they do not also carry a height attribute.

does firefox have that requirement vs. ie and chrome, which don't appear to have the same issue? instead the whole screen flashes when the link is clicked in ie and chrome but doesn't flash when clicked in firefox (the click being related to the sound file being played when the link is clicked, instead of the image swap). there's some itty bitty something or other in their browsers handling of sound on click. whereas firefox has some itty bitty something or other in its browser's handling of image swap..

    3) Describe problem: originally, when mousing over the image swap and sound would work but the swapped image would be heavily pixellated. i finally solved the problem and thought you might appreciate the solution, and here it is:

i just downloaded the 1.6.2 jquery.min.js instead of linking to it,which is referenced in the image swap script, put it in its own folder, and problem solved. i dunno why that fixed it, but it did.
