Meta tag question

I recently wrote all my meta tags etc and just browsing through Google.
I have typed in honda crv key programming
Looking down the search results i see my listing but its shown as below.

The Remote Doctor | Honda crv keys & remotes
www.theremotedoctor.co.uk/karcrv.html

When i checked my file it reads nothing like the above.
Having said that when i look for the Google text in my file i see this below.

The link back credit to prowebdesign.ro is a requirement for using their free website template, however, it looks like you've now removed it.

I hope you have sought appropriate written permission from the developers to do that because there may be legal repercussions if you are in violation of their usage terms.

Be careful to cover your back where online usage terms are concerned. I'm aware of a school that used images from a stock photography site without suitable credits, and legal action was taken against them.

You cant donate to them and are free to remove it.

Will this alter the way the search is now written,i mean will it now shown what i have written in my meta tags ?

In time the search results should update - it could take a while - maybe upto a few weeks.
