what is going on..?

what an earth is going on with my Internet Explorer? I can't maximize it and it stays on right lower corner. here's the scrn shot:

Have you tried right clicking on IE's rectangle there in the taskbar and then choosing restore, if available or maximize if restore is not available? If either of those choices is available, you should be able to make some progress by selecting it. The size and move options may help as well, if available.

Particularly if restore is your only option, once selected, you should then be able to drag the window in the usual manner.
