K, I have a Sony Viao laptop, had it for a while now.

Yes, I know viaos are piece of crud laptop but at the time of purchase, I was happy to have my own laptop so lol.

Anyways, my ex-husband done something to it so now I lost my help & support option on it. I click on it but it says go to the dev site & get a new driver. Because yours could be currupted or missing. So I go to Sony's dev page to try & fix it.

It would bring up the page bc it says it didn't exist! I was peeved off at this point!

So, I contact a dev & they do a remote access & I see my durn mouse moving all over the place & I ask them if they are ok. They come back with ' I don't know whats wrong'. It clearly states on their site 'Professional developers' pffft w/e! Professional my rear!

So I can't use my help & support no more but I was able to before the ex messed with it!!

Anyone had any trouble loosing their help & support option on their laptop???

My next lappy I get, will be a HP, my now hubby has one & he has had no trouble!!

So any ideas as to why my help & support poofed & I can't use it now?
