Script: MultiFrame Slideshow

I've just put this script on my new (still under development) site. However, ideally I'd like it to use all the images in a particular folder (well over 100) rather than list them individually in the script.

Is that possible, and what changes to the script would be needed? I hasten to add I'm not a programmer!!
