Help with a JavaScript...

I am trying to write a JavaScript that does the following in order:

-Moves the mouse to certain coordinates on the screen
-Forces the left mouse button to click (without physically clicking it)
-Tabs 68 times
-Refreshes the page after 4 seconds
-Waits 57 seconds

And then starts the sequence over again, and keeps going until the web page is closed. I am so busy with school that I haven't had much time to learn very much JavaScript, so any help anyone can offer is greatly appreciated...

Evidently; Javascript works with the elements themselves to achieve effects, and does not interfere with the operating system in any way.
