RSS Ticker stuck on initializing

There are so many things that can go wrong with this. Looks like the server is PHP enabled, but I can't be sure. I am getting a 404 Not Found on the bridge file which the script expects to see in this location:

http://www.drlangberg.com/lastrss/bridge.php

This could be erroneous, but if it's not, it is a problem and there could be others. Did you upload the bridge file to that location? Did you configure your feed in it? is the lastRSS.php file also present in that location? It should be.

It would also be helpful to have the address of the feed you're using.

Even once we have all the above settled, there can be other issues, but these (above) must be dealt with first.

Thank you for responding. Sorry I didn't respond sooner; I was out of the country and did not receive a notification. I double checked everything and placed it in the correct directory as you stated and specified, it seems to be working now.
