Help with Flip LightBox

I purchased the license for a "plugin" that flips and scales images. It's a slick program, however, there's scant documentation on how to implement it. The files include some javascript/css and some sketchy directions. I got it working, part way, but I am a junior coder, so this one's beyond my skill level.
