Use this version of multizoom.js (right click and 'Save As'):
multizoom.js
It adds a number of requested options (read the update notes in the file if you're interested), including the ability to select which is the first thumbnail used. To use that option, just give a class of "firstthumb" to the thumbnail link that you want to go first, ex:
Code:
<div class="image2 thumbs">
<a href="angelinasmall.jpg" data-large="angelina.jpg" data-title="Angelina Jolie"><img src="angelina_tmb.jpg" alt="Angelina" title=""/></a>
<a href="saleensmall.jpg" data-large="saleen.jpg" data-title="Saleen S7 Twin Turbo"><img src="saleen_tmb.jpg" alt="Saleen" title=""/></a>
<a href="jaguarsmall.jpg" data-large="jaguar.jpg" data-title="Jaguar Type E"><img src="jaguar_tmb.jpg" alt="Jaguar" title=""/></a>
<a href="listenmusic.jpg" class="firstthumb" data-title="Relaxing Music" data-dims="300, 225"><img src="listen_tmb.jpg" alt="Relaxing Music" title=""/></a>
</div>
