Uploading Script

im looking for a script so people can upload files onto my website. for example, on hi5, people can upload images by going through certain steps. so how do i do this?

Not with Javascript, that's for sure
Use a file input (<input type="file">) and a server-side script to process the form. See php.net/features.file-upload for one way of doing the latter.
