How to show scrollbar on mouseover

Hello,

I'm using jScrollPane horizontally to scroll my content left to right by default the scroll always display.

What I'm trying to do is when I mouse-over on the content then it will show the scroller?

I tried to play with CSS but i think this has to be done through javascript!
