Ultimate Fade-in slideshow prev next

Am very much new to this but this is a great little slideshow btu am stuck on a few things,

1, how to make it auto scroll with on hoover prev / next ?

2, how to make it with pause and start button so don't have to leave mouse on image?

Any help would be great thanks
