How do I reference a dynamic textbox in my table

Hi

Issue 1
I have written code that dynamically creates rows and cols to my table.

At the top I have a link "Update Total" which is suppose to add up all the
values of the cell in the "Ext Price" column.

I have written the code to this, however it doesn't seem to update the field.

Issue 2

The users can update the Quantity textboxes for
- Full User License
- Limited User License

However, I can't figured out where to set up this code.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
