    Default Scrollable content II help

Hi everyone. I used the Scrollable content II script on my website - www.sonicslang.com -

I'm a bit new to DHTML, and I now have a problem. It seems that more computers than I realized do not support DHTML, and consequently my homepage looks like hell on them. So, I was wondering what type of code I need to write for these browsers that don't support the script. I really don't want to remove it from my site all together, but if I can't find an alternative, I may have to. What I'd really like is to be able to display a short message on those computers who's browsers don't support it, directing them to another page where the content will be laid out in plain text.

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated!
