Wizard Special Effects upon Page Enter

The wizard does not work for me, no matter which choice I make all I see in the selectbox is:

Modern IE-versions don't support the transition effects anymore. Non-IE never did.
You'd better use CSS3, see this.

You can of course choose to not use special effects for page transitions. 99% of the internet does not. They add little to a site. Many people find them distracting or annoying.
