I'm new to this forum...if can one help me here about xml sitemap and robots.txt

How to generate xml sitemap and robots.txt file ??

I'tried to generate xml sitemap using but dat's not accesible by google webmaster tools even after uploading at the server?

For WordPress

1. Download, install and activate wp robots txt plugin.

2. Go to Settings > Reading

3. Now, simply add the sitemap URLs (HTML or XML) like this:

You can generate an XML sitemap automatically using this online generator: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

Include both a sitemap.txt file (a simple list of page URLs) and sitemap.xml file (XML formatted list of pages) at the root of your website to cover all bases. Both files are generated by the tool linked above.

The robots.txt file is usually easier to create manually - here's some info on how to do that: http://www.robotstxt.org/robotstxt.html
