Can you have three menu's?

Is there a way to get one horizontal menu and 2 vertical menu's?

If so, simply follow the instructions on the demo page, use a unique id/mainmenuid for each menu. Make two of them vertical and one of them horizontal.

Once you get things setup, if the menus aren't working and you want more help, please include a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic code so we can check it out.
