Looking for a Front End Developer / Web Designer.

We are looking for a Web Designer with decent Front End Development experience that wants to be part of a long term business venture with a full marketing and sales plan that has some real potential to be a lifelong commitment.

You will work side to side with a experienced Python / PHP coder to develop & design software for new a website to be launched in 2014. You will do all the frontend coding / design work and coordinate with the coders to exchange ideas and plan miletones and timelines. You should have an artistic eye to work with our marketing team and develop a high quality logo that fits the site.

We will provide all of the specific details after speaking via Email then Skype. We are asking for only individuals that want to be committed to something in the long run.

This business will be focused on the Hosting Industry and will seek to change the scope of what is possible in the industry. We have some great concepts and are currently mapping out and planning all of the backend code and our infrastructure setup. We would love for you to join us in planning this all out aswell. You will get a share of the company once it is legally registered.

Programming Languages: Java, Javascript, HTML5 , CSS3, Jquery

Who are you/ who do you represent? Are you a startup? VC-backed? new product from an existing company? guy in a basement?

I have edited the post with the correct information. I accidentally posted my brainstorming post.

We have been involved in the hosting industry for about 5 years and have seen it change from the days of everyone buying a P4 for $100 on Burstnet to the age of the "cloud" and want to use that experience to bring to a new startup which I feel if done right can become a real contender aswell as offer services that can be leased out to help existing companies. We are not VC backed but, Due to the nature of our software and already existent startup funds its not really necessarily. Our main need is people who want to dedicate time to a long term project. Our main developer was the Day-to-Day Operations Manager for a company he helped start a few years ago which has now sold so he is looking to take the knowledge from working there and apply it to this project.

Compensation would consist of a large share in the company when it is registered and then as long as we are successful they would have a full time job dealing with the design and frontend development. If we are in the wrong section feel free to move it.
