Greetings!

I am in the process of creating a tool to help me do my job a bit more efficiently.

Essentially, it's a "ticket" generator.

A ticket as what a tech support agent puts into your call history when you call my ISP. It gives a rundown of what was done during the call.

Here's where I am at after a few hours of trial and error (about 20% of content done):

The end result is that you'd hit a button and generate the ticket.

I'm looking for a way to enter into a large box all the information that was gathered in other forms (drop down boxes, textareas etc).

Any info on how I may accomplish this would be appreciated.. many thanks!
