Wanting to show forum on website script!

Is there a way i can take my forum and put it on my webste such as when guest go to my webstie and click the forum tab they will still be on my webstie but they will be on the forum also?

I am sure this is done using Java Script but I am not sure which script to use.

Can some one point me in the right direction please?

Use iframes:

If frame is named "mainframe," you would do:
