Question EZ way to set up a Show Dates page?

Hey guys! new on here but been here for years!
I consider myself a novice,, I do all my HTML in an older WYSIWYG program (Namo Web editor)
Anyhow I was doing a website for a friends band but I quit (musician's are to difficult to work with) but I don't want to leave these guys high and dry!
They/we need an EZ way for them to be able to create and update the dates page on the site. ( I will post an example of the page here somehow I think) anyhow the page now is just a bunch of cells and tables with text info,,, The guys like it how it is and DO NOT want to change the format colors or anything in anyway IF possible!!
So Im trying to figure out a way that they can somehow easily change dates themselves,,, all of them are pretty much computer and cell phone illiterate which really doesn't help.
Can anyone help out with a way to do this that would be easy for them (and me) and get me completely out of the picture??

Heres a cut of the dates page to give an idea

    Thanks for any help

If you just want to edit an area on a web page (that you define) you might find my Fast Edit BE (Snippet Manager) suitable. Its quick and easy to setup - Here's a demo: http://fast-edit.co.uk/demo_besm/ and for the download, just pop over to the main site home page and grab it from the footer.

Alternatively, try my Fast Logs script: http://fast-apps.co.uk/fast_logs.php - it just depends what you think will be best suited to the job, but try them both out online first (see the front-end and back-end demos)

    Hope that helps

Thanks im looking at it,, might be to much work,, (ill spend more time with it later this week) I need to be able to send these guys a web page link or something like that, that they can log into and simply change or add new lines of text/cells/tables or whatever. It has to be 1-2-3 click for them or they wont figure it out!!
These guys are lazy and don't even have time to do their website which is why they were paying me to do it,, they dont answer emails, texts, heck even phone calls most the time (hence the reason I quit) I told them id make something EZ for them to be able to do the show dates themselves,,, I was going to try and do it through google or a blog page and just embed that in the site so when they add to the blog it just updates on the website too!! But they said no to that because they want the layout to stay the same!!
    Ughhhh!
    LOL

    Thanks

    Whatever option you go with will require them to do a small amount of work - they cant get away from that if they want their content updated. I haven't used a Google docs option before so i cant offer feedback there but I can tell you that once Fast Edit BE or Fast Logs has been setup (by you) the end result will ultimately give them;

    Fast Edit BE
Login page >> click to load content >> edit content >> click to save
(Additional backup/restore and file management options available, but not necessary)

    Fast Logs
Login page >> click to create new entry >> type entry >> click to save
(Additional delete and unpublished options available, but not necessary)

Either option would give you control over styling so they don't need to worry about it, and both are pretty straight forward for the end-user - no more effort for them than other content editors, and probably much less than a considerable chunk.

Have a play around though and see what you decide. Google may provide some alternative solutions that are also free - there are hundreds of scripts out there if you have the time to look. Hopefully you can find something suitable
