How do I reload one frame from another frame?

I need a script to be able to reload a page in one frame from a different frame in the same frame set. Can't quite figure out how to do it. The page keeps reloading in the second frame. I need it to work with both IE and NS, if possible, or a separate script for each. Can anyone help?

Hey, thanks. Works fine. Should have figured that one out myself. One other question relating to it, though. Part of the frame page I'm reloading has an animated gif. When NS reloads the page it takes the graphic from cache -- no animation. Is there a way to clear the cache as part of the script?
