    Default Form Dependency Manager breaking ckeditor instance

    1) Script Title: Form Dependency Manager

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...dependency.htm

    3) Describe problem:

    Hi there!

    I installed the form dependency manager on a form I'm building, but the ckeditor began acting funny when I installed it. The editor is in it's proper position until I touch a dropdown box on the form. Once I touch it though, the editor falls down the page. With latest stable chrome, it starts it's life already dropped down the page.

    I asked the ckeditor forum and got the following response:

    Some script in your page is removing the "display:none" style of the textarea and so it ends up as "visibility:hidden" and it occupies that empty space that you get over the editor.
    so I took the js scripts out of the page one at a time until the problem disappeared. The script removal that stopped the issue was Form Dependency Manager.

    Here's the page with the Form Manager in place: http://husaberg.org/ckeditortest.html

    And with it removed: http://husaberg.org/ckeditortest-nofdm.html

    Using the select box will throw the editor down the page on the form that FDM is being used on.

    Is there any way to resolve this conflict or should these two things simply not be used together?

    Thanks for your time!

    I've never really used ckeditor but if the solution has already been identified, what if you try adding it by way of an explicit "display:none" rule for the editor's #content textarea in your stylesheet?;
    Code:
    #content { display:none !important; }

    Hi there and thanks for the help!

    Adding that to the css seems to have done the trick! Thanks very much for the assistance.
