Question Problem with shoutbox in Firefox

I added a shoutbox to the website I'm designing and it works ok in Internet Explorer, but every time someone posts a new reply in Firefox, the iframe, which is supposed to show all the previous posts, shows an "URL not found" message. It says the php file it's referring to does not exist in the server (even though it most certainly does). It becomes ok again when I reload the page and like I said it also works ok in IE, but I can't figure out what the problem might be with FF.

    Can anyone please help me?

Didn't use backslashes in the URL, did you?
