Help with animated "floating" image and pop up window

I have an image on our website that is animated and "floats" around the website. What we are wanting to do is be able to click the "floating" animated image and have a window pop up with text or an image. Not sure if this matters, but the code is HTML, CSS, jQuery spritely, and jQuery. The website is:

My advice would be to get rid of it. It's really cute, but totally unprofessional. Anyways, if you still want to keep it, since you're using jQuery already, you could easily set it up with a link to something like EasyBox.
