Slow down fade of slide show

What code is needed to slow down the fade between images? I see how to keep the image longer (x000 in millisecs), but not how to slow the fade time.

OK, got answer from crusing forum and looking at replies to gsuisnotunix re fade rate parameter.

Great forum; I just need to spend more time here to find what I need to know.
