Allowing Visitors To Post Images

I want to allow people who visit my website to be able to post images in a one box area. Sort of like a comment box area but image only. Is there anything that has a form asking for an image url and that could possibly generate it into a img code when you click post and it will magically appear in the box? Or anything that could do something along the lines of this?

I'm making a website for musicians and I need this area where they can post their flyers but I'm not looking to do forums. Just something simple on the front page in a small area.
