Slider down with hidden content

Hello there, I'm looking for the effect this page has:

menu4today.com/las-palmas-de-gran-canaria

when a user clicks on an entry, the box sliders down showing the hidden content!
Can it be done by javascript or css3?
How could I get the effect?
