Script: Microsoft Outlook Bar

Any one has a script like the Microsoft Outlook Bar but without the image, as it is too troublesome to create gif images ??
All we need is to click on the 'text' instead of the gif image...

Create a blank .gif file if need be, that'd be easiest.

But that would mean the users would still need to click on the 'gif' instead of the 'text', whicj would look strange ....
