    Default Text color

    Hi,
I need to add a color palette to my form so the user could select specific text inside a normal text box then choose a color from the palette. Please tell me how to do this.

Ok - post a link to your page and we can check how you're installing it.

The link to your actual page please - its easier for us to work on an existing page and see the errors/problems in context. (Also easier for people like me who are on the move a lot and can't make/upload web pages very easily via iPhone or iPad)

You didnt say it was on your desktop before - you edited your post after I replied. When you give an option of "link" or "code", chances are we're going to ask for the link

Just a thought - some of these scripts dont actually work unless they're uploaded to the internet so try uploading it to a temporary staging area first just to make sure.

Sometimes a script doesnt work unless it is online / run over the internet, so upload what you have to a web hosting server to check that it doesnt work already.

You might find that once you've uploaded it, everything works as expected when viewed via a web browser, but you wont know that until you upload it to your web host.

I just went on to the source website to refer you to the Q&As and I can see that you are already seeking help from the developer: http://www.menucool.com/1901/Color-picker-not-working

I will leave this with them now - they will be able to help you more easily as it is their script.
