Image w/ description tooltip

I need to redesign my website. I am going to be using multiple galleries to display my products. I want the customers to be able to just mouse over the images unless their is a way of enlarging the thumbnail images to stay on that same page. I tryed this code put the rollover images don't work. Please give me suggestion on what I should do.

Which script did you try? We need more info before we can help.

I've tryed a few different ones. Image w/ description tooltip is the current one. But I am open to a different script if it will be better for my particular site. Thx
