Video gallery with thumbnail preview - any tips how?

I am trying to set up a gallery of video thumbnails the play a preview of the video when hovering over it with the mouse. Much like these:

(Hover the mouse over a video to see what I am looking for)

I cannot find any plugin for wordpress that achieves this nor do I find a jquery solution. Has anybody any tip for me? I'd highly appreciate. Tnx.
