    Default Step Carousel Viewer v1.9 browser compatibility with links

    1) Script Title: :: Step Carousel Viewer v1.9

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...epcarousel.htm

    3) Describe problem: The script with links works in IE but not Firefox and Safari. Is there anything I you can do to make the links work in the othe browsers?

    Here is the code:

    Code:
    <div id="mygallery" class="stepcarousel">
    <div class="belt">

    <div class="panel"><a href="Axic-PlasmaSTAR-200.html"><img src="images/plasmastar200-image1.jpg" border="0" /></a></div>

    <div class="panel"><a href="Axic-Iso-Lok200ICP-Plasma-System.html"><img src="images/Iso-Lok.jpg" border="0" /></a></div>

    <div class="panel"><a href="Axic-BENCHMARK-800-III.html"><img src="images/benchmark-800.jpg" width="1019" height="335"  border="0" /></a></div>

    <div class="panel"><a href="Axic-Iso-Lok-PV-5000.html"><img src="images/Iso-Lok-5000.jpg" border="0" /></a></div>

    <div class="panel"><a href="Axic-Precision-P-1000.html"><img src="images/XRF-P-1000.jpg" border="0" /></a></div>

    </div></div>
    The page its on is:

    dprowebdesign.com/axic

    Here, in the head of the page, get rid of the red:

    Code:
    <style type="text/css">

    .stepcarousel{
    position: relative; /*leave this value alone*/
    overflow: scroll; /*leave this value alone*/
    width: 1019px; /*Width of Carousel Viewer itself*/
    height: 335px; /*Height should enough to fit largest content's height*/
    }

    .stepcarousel .belt{
    position: absolute; /*leave this value alone*/
    left: 0;
    top: 0;
    z-index: -100;
    }

    .stepcarousel .panel{
    float: left; /*leave this value alone*/
    overflow: hidden; /*clip content that go outside dimensions of holding panel DIV*/
    margin: 0px; /*margin around each panel*/
    width: 1019px; /*Width of each panel holding each content. If removed, widths should be individually defined on each content DIV then. */
    }

    </style>

    Default Thank you John!

    Once again, John to the rescue! I thought for sure I was going to get a response that there is nothing you can do, but alas, it works! Just so you know, I really appreciate your help. Thanks again.
