Imageswapaudio.js - modification if possible?

3) Describe problem: This works great and as you can see on my page (top right) http://www.magnetikmedia.co.uk/new1/ , all the social media buttons are greyed out until hover which shows the colour version.

HOWEVER

I saw a cool thing earlier whereby someone had similar whereby all colour images were visible but once you hover onto the facebook icon for example, all the others go grey to highlight the one you're on. Once you move away they all go colour again.

Once I hovered on one of the images it looked just like this script ie. one colour image and all the other grey so I guess I'm asking is there a way to have them all colour by default then this script kicks in once I hover on an image? so colour by default then colour active>all others grey?

I think a better way of explaining this (and maybe the easier way to modify it?) is I want the script to trigger upon hover so before hover they are just 6 normal images.
