I'm on iPhone so I can't be 100% sure, but it looks like you're linking to jQuery twice - in the <head> and just before the closing </body> tag. The blog places them all just before the closing </body> tag so try taking the one at the top of the page out.

Also, I don't know if its just me but there are some strange characters right at the end of the myscript.js file, after the Parallax init();
They could be affecting things, so remove them and see if it makes a difference. I'm attaching a screen grab so you can see what I mean.

I've seen the UFT-8 BOM characters at the start of some files before ( ) but I'm not sure what encoding creates the ones in the pic. In any case try deleting those, and if needs be, changing the file encoding in your plain text editor.
