Drop Down/ Overlapping Content and asp.net - Not Loading

Problem Description:
I am coding a site in asp.net and editing the master file which has the html content/javascript content in it, then saving. When I test the browser online using the mouseover, the drop down/overlap content doesnt appear. I am not sure what the issue is. Are there any suggestions? Here is a list to the test site:

Im not longer using this script and the file has been changed. The script still doesnt work in ASP but I am going to use another method. Thanks anyways
