Hi all,

I am new to this forum. However, I am using DD for so many years.

As a front end developer, I have come across any issues and solutions in JS and CSS. And now I want to share them here. Possibly they could be tiny ones or bigger ones too.

For example Please have a look:

Please no hotlinking to your commercial blog until we determine if this is something we want to allow.

I've alerted the other moderators to this issue and will let you know what we decide. It may take a week or so. Maybe less

We might not allow it though because we have had commercial people on here like you before, people who obviously know their stuff, but who were more interested in finding clients and promoting their site than in helping out folks in general.

The consensus is that you haven't been around here long enough to hot link back to your blog. If you want to post an entire script complete with instructions and freely available to all as a response to a user's request for help, that's fine. Or you may for the same purpose, that of helping a user with their problem, post to your blog with a text only link, ex:

blog.pixelthemes.com/ideas/dynamically-load-youtube-video-iframe-embed-code-inside-a-div

After you've been around awhile doing that in a way that really helps people, you might then be allowed to hot link back to your blog.
