Oh, its a DD script - the External Data Source Marquee here : http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/emarquee.htm
Both are jerking for me and its probably got something to do with the external html content.
The external html file used on the DD demo page is static : http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/update.htm (nothing but plain, straightforward html)
The external html file that you use however contains another js scroller : http://www.murraywiltonministries.org/update.htm (a 2nd scripted scroller - the DD IFRAME Scroller script : http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...e-scroller.htm )
You've created a bit of a Russian Doll scenario with a scroller inside of a scroller, and that is unfortunately munging everything up.
If you revisit the scroller scripts and choose only ONE, then make sure the external file that it references is setup according to the chosen demo script's recommendations here on DD, it should sort things out.

It shouldn't be too bad with what annasue is doing on those pages. Beverleyh is right. You're mixing two different scrollers. The two she mentions:
You can only use one or the other. I suggest using only the second one, as the first one, the External Data Source Marquee works only in IE.
So, and here molendijk is right, you have no iframe for the scrollers on those pages. Get rid of everything on the page for the External Data Source Marquee, and then follow the step by step instructions for the iframe scroller (the second of the two scripts above).
Instead of doing only that, use the iframe scroller. Just remember that, when using the iframe scroller it actually does need extra code on the external page. Follow the instructions on the demo page.
