We usually don't allow requests like this, because they rarely result in useful conversations ("layout and appearance in general" are highly subjective), often attract "spam" replies, and are sometimes more of a ploy to get the site noticed than a sincere request for a review.

If you want help with something specific, feel free to ask for it. But at the same time, understand that we delete posts/threads and ban users when something looks like spam.
