sidepanel script needs tweaking?

This is the modified script version by John and DD.
Which allows for displaying a part of a page rather than the entire page.
When clicking on the first item, "el paso", the sidepanel opens.
I see all four divisions which have unique ID's.
There is supposed to be only one shown.
I also do not see the second table and "alternative content" appears online, but not locally.

Have I screwed up something in the code or css?
What do you get?

When I upload an updated file, the new file is not reflected in the iframe.
The only way around this is to rename the file.
I would still prefer showing only one division at a time rather than the entire page.

Figured out that my extremely slow connection was the reason for the file not updating.
And that I have to delete the old file to ensure the changes are made.
