Any insertable script so "jumptop.js" reads in ALL browsers?

Script name: jQuery Scroll to Top Control
URL on DD: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex5/jumptop.htm

I'm a real nubie at coding. Just inserted all the code/.js etc into my Dreamweaver CS4 pages and [TOP] appears in IE in the bottom right hand corner nicely but not in any other browser like FF.

Is there some bit of code you have that I can insert somewhere (if so show me where) into the <head> or the jumptop.js file to make it show up in ALL browsers?

This is my 1st foray into coding so thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

The demo works fine in other browsers.

Have you tried uploading your site to a server yet and viewing it online? Is your path to the script correct? Have you edited inside the script to reference your own website correctly?

This is probably one of those times where you need to have everything online before it works.

Which script are you using exactly?

You're title says one thing but the link you provided points to another.
