How to make slider slower?

Is there any possibility to make this slider slower. Each slide should stay atleast 10 seconds? - First Priority

Why in IE7 it is making site slower to access? - Second Priority

Is there any possibility to make text more smooth. - Thired Priority

Please do change parameter or add something in whatever js is there inside. Please do not provide another js

Ummm.... one more thing vwphillips, can you please tell me why this script is creating problem in IE7? And yes I am removing that statement "changing in js file only".
